How Our Online Store Works
How to Buy from our Online Store
1. Add item/s to the cart
2. Go to the checkout once you've finished choosing your books
3. Enter your contact details
4. Choose your shipping method (store pickup, non-rural delivery, rural delivery, Australia) and enter your delivery address
5. Choose your payment method (Credit/Debit Cards, AliPay, PayPal, Manual/Offline Payment) and fill-in details
5. Confirm your order
6. You will receive a confirmation email at this point. Check your spam folder if you don't see a confirmation email
7. Make your payment if Manual Payment was selected (by phone during store hours, into our bank account, or instore if picking up from the store)

Shipping
We ship anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.
Our minimum New Zealand shipping charge is $10.00 (non-rural).
Our minimum shipping charge to Australia is $25.00.
Sorry, we currently aren't shipping to other countries (but email us if you see something you really want and we may be able to help).

How to Pay for Your Order
​​​​​OPTION 1 - PAY WHEN YOU ORDER
1/ We now accept payment via credit/debit card at the time of purchase.
Select this option under Payment during check out.

2/ PayPal.
At the checkout choose PayPal and follow the instructions.
OPTION 2 - CHOOSE OUR "MANUAL" OPTION
1/ Pay by credit or debit card over the phone (during store hours).
Please note there is a surcharge for this option (similar to the Paywave charge). This charge is to cover the fee we are charged by our credit provider and helps us remain viable. To avoid the surcharge, we recommend choosing the credit/debit card option at the time of purchase.

2/ Pay into our bank account any time.

3/ Pay at the store if you've chosen click and collect.

How our online store works
Once books are ordered online they automatically show as out of stock unless we have multiple copies listed online (which is sometimes the case but not always).
We check for online orders first thing in the morning and frequently thereafter.

If you see something on our online store we recommend purchasing online before it's snapped up by someone else!
